Being avid locavores as a brand, it is our constant endeavour to source locally from our own chemical free farms where we support local farmers, producers and artisans and we extend this sourcing to seek out the best ingredients from around the globe. Christmas is all about food. CAARA not only delivers hampers but also the whole Christmas lunch – for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home, with your family. From a Butterball turkey with all the trimmings, roast potatoes, traditional Brussels sprouts the list goes on. An integral part of our menu lies in the bounty of FarmLove, our brand of chemical-free vegetables, fruits & herbs that we grow at our CAARA Farms in Delhi & Haryana. We love to experiment on our farms by growing produce that we can use and showcase in our food across our cafes. It is with the same sentiment that we have step into the Best Time of the Year with a Christmas Menu that brings with it the essence of the Festive season.

This is the season for the freshest greens and brassica vegetables like cauliflower, a winter staple in the city. We look at leeks and cauliflower to make a hearty soup that’s served with CAARA FarmLove herb salsa verde and decadent double cheddar cheese straws for texture. Our salad is an homage to the season with Warm flaked smoked salmon, shaved fennel & arugula dressed with a piquant Shallot vinaigrette and garnished with dill fox nuts. For vegetarians we have the Warm goat’s cheese croquette with red wine poached pears & FarmLove garden herb salad as a perfect starter or the Caramel popcorn with molasses vinaigrette and pomegranate pearls. Keeping with our love for local produce and seasonal bounty, the menu extends to delectable mains and desserts. Christmas isn’t Christmas without Turkey, we have a unique, Turkey involtini with sage & apple stuffing, it is served with parmesan & rosemary roast potatoes, honey glazed seasonal baby carrots, Brussels sprouts & water chestnut, braised pearl onion & port pan jus to complete our piece de resistance. The Spinach & Gruyère Christmas tree pie is served with White wine & root vegetable jus and our classic CAARA FarmLove herb green salad. Complete the meal with a slice of Plum Cake served with a bandy crème anglaise. The beverages paired with this menu will accentuate the spirit of the season, we have classic Mulled wine, red wine spiced with ginger, nutmeg, orange & cinnamon. The Cinnamon spiced hot apple cider made with Apple juice, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange zest and star anise. A wholesome mug of Hot chocolate served with home-made marshmallows and Christmas sprinkles. The star of the season however has got to be our adorable little Mince Pies, perfect after a meal or even a gift box. The crispy shortcrust is made with President butter and the filling is our secret blend of fruits and spices. A mince pie is essentially a sweet pie filled with mincemeat which is a mixture of spirit-soaked fruits and spices. The pies are traditionally served during Christmas and we at CAARA have them as a special on our menu and in our gifting options. Come enjoy this menu from 16th-31st December and make most of the season with family and friends. 

This festive season CAARA gift hampers are filled with yuletide cheer, choose from our Box of 8 or 16 Christmas Sweet Treats with a selection of mince pies, plum cake, dark chocolate, hazelnut & salted caramel tart, bailey’s, lavender & white chocolate blondie. CAARA’s Taste Of Christmas Grande is everything you need for the perfect Christmas morning, in one basket, box of 6 Mince Pies, CAARA Basil Pesto, Brandy Butter, Whiskey & Orange Marmalade, Chilli & Rum Infused Nuts, Gingerbread Cookies, Double Cheddar Cheese Straws, Plum Cake, Basil pesto, Caraway & Nigella Seeds Crackers, Fermented Chilli Pepper & Garlic Sauce, Granola, Box Of 8 Sweet Christmas Treats.
