RECIPE: BAKED NAMAK PAARA

Ingredients:

· Whole Wheat flour: 200grm

· Maida: 50grm

· Salt: 2grm

· Ajwain seeds: ¼ tsp

· Refined oil: 2-3 tsp

· Water (to knead dough): 60ml

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 F’

2. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well.

3. Now slowly add the water and knead till you get smooth and firm dough.

4. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

5. Roll the dough into 3mm thickness

6. Cut the Namak paara into small strips.

7. Arrange the Namak paara in the baking tray and bake at 375 F for 12-15 minutes till golden brown.

8. Cool and store in air tight container.

Note: Baking time will differ depend upon the thickness of the sheet.
