Delhi, Thursday 23 March 2019: Sisterhood Soiree is an initiative by India Nightlife Convention and Awards to recognize and empower women in nightlife and hospitality. The event will be hosted at the crowd favourite Hauz Khaz Social at Hauz Khaz Village on 14thTh March 2019. The soiree will be the first platform specifically designed to bring female industry leaders and aspiring women under one roof with an aim to increase female participation in the industry. With women contributing a substantial amount at every level in the nightlife domain, it is imperative to bestow recognition and allow this energy to transform the hospitality sector. The Sisterhood Soiree, an event hosted by women, for women and of the women will be hosted for the same reason. It will take place in Delhi followed by Bengaluru.
A similar event also happened in Mumbai on the 7th March 2019 The India Nightlife Convention and Awards (INCA), the intellectual joint project of Aman Anand and Riyaaz Amlani has made a splash ever since its conception in 2016.Ever since its launch, INCA has strived to make the night life a better experience in India. It has ushered in a new age of bar and party life by introducing better and fresher encounters for its key demographic. INCA welcomes the Sisterhood of Nights across the 4 cities of India. It is an initiative taken to encourage equal partnership of women in the Nightlife Industry becoming an integral part of the Nightlife fraternity and coming together to create a one of a kind events.
