Chef Arturo has crafted this menu with signature dishes from Peru, allowing guests to savor the essence of his culinary creations. His dedication to Nikkei cuisine shines through in his culinary craft, blending Peruvian ingredients with Japanese techniques.

Join us for an evening of culinary treasures as we celebrate Peruvian culture and cuisine. This exclusive menu, curated by Chef Arturo, showcases the best of Peru's culinary heritage. Start your meal with the Trio de Causas, featuring Peruvian yellow potato, purple potato, yuzu, octopus, Hokkaido scallop, and crab meat, or the Empanadas de Pollo Criolla with yellow chili, caramelized white onion, shallots, and baby chicken. Alternatively, relish the Empanadas Criolla with edamame and tofu.

Indulge in an elegant selection of Ceviches & Tiraditos, including the Hamachi Tiradito with truffle yellow chili, chalaquita, yuzu, daikon, and yellowtail, or the Baby Corn Truffle, featuring truffle yellow chili, kiuri, cherry tomato, and quinoa pop.

From the grill, guests can savor the Panc Tiger Prawn with panca anticucho sauce, pico de gallo, and rocoto, or the Tropical Tahini with tahini Dijon mustard glaze, pineapple, baby carrot, eggplant, baby corn, and white onion. For the main course, enjoy the Peruvian Roasted Chicken with Heliconia fries, banana chili, huancaina, and rocoto or savor the Tallarin Huancaina de la Tierra features yellow chili cream, fettuccine, miso, tofu, and king oyster mushroom.
