Hello Guppy, BKC announces a new Bar Bites Menu

Hello Guppy, the all-day café and bar at BKC, has just launched a brand-new Bar Snacks Menu. This delicious new menu, which is available every day from 4 pm onwards, is a great complement to Hello Guppy’s extensive cocktail list – sipping and savouring just got a whole lot easier!

Vegetarian diners can enjoy Chilly Garlic Lotus Root, crisp lotus root, tossed in house-made chilli garlic and soy sauce; Eggplant & Kimchi, smoked eggplant, soy and ginger drizzle, topped with house-made kimchi; or Fried Cottage Cheese Dumpling, twice-cooked cottage cheese stuffed in crisp wonton thread and deep-fried, served with garlic chilli sauce.

Non-vegetarians will enjoy Wasabi Prawns, fresh prawns twice-cooked yet tender, served with house-made wasabi sauce; Cashew & Chicken, kung-pao inspired succulent chicken thigh, cooked with onion, assorted pimentos and cashew nut; and Steam Market Fish, healthy and delicately cooked, served with black bean sauce. 

With an in-house DJ spinning commercial tunes every evening, Hello Guppy is the place to be, to enjoy your favourite cocktails, complete with bar munchies that are certain to satiate.
