Hello Guppy, BKC announces an Asian Food Festival

Hello Guppy, the all-day café and noodle bar at BKC, has launched an Asian Food Festival. The menu is designed to appeal to diners who enjoy the distinct flavours of Indian-Chinese cuisine, with bold and spicy dishes that are both familiar yet exotic at the same time. 

The delicious new menu offers dishes like Manchow Soup, hot, spicy and sour soup, topped with fried noodles; and Garlic & Vegetable Wonton Soup, rich in garlic with delicate, floating vegetable wontons. 

Main courses offer options like Cantonese Chow Mein, Cantonese-style wok-fried noodles and seasonal vegetables tossed in a light Asian sauce; Sichuan Braised Lamb, braised lamb leg cooked delicately with spices from the Sichuan province, served with hand-pulled, house-made steamed bao; and Grilled Jumbo Prawn, pan-grilled, fresh jumbo prawn, with seasonal vegetables and house-made pepper garlic sauce.
