Recognizing that love, care, and sustenance are the cornerstones of women's well-being, this Women's Day, the culinary team at HGI Saket has decided to transform Women's Day into a month-long celebration of women's health vitality, spearheaded by our F&B and sales teams with support from Revaa.Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi is proud to announce its upcoming food festival, "Her Gourmet Vitality," dedicated to celebrating women's health and wellness through a delightful culinary experience. The event will take place at the renowned India Grill at HGI Saket from March 8th to March 24th, 2024.

Our supporting partner, Revaa, has made significant contributions by sharing valuable insights on menstruation, a topic often considered taboo in our society.

As a tribute to the women who inspire and nurture us, our Executive Chef, Biswarup Chatterjee, has conducted extensive research on foods that nourish women's health. The menu is designed to honor the significance of women's health and vitality, which is often overlooked in the realm of medicine. Women's health is significantly affected by diet and supplementation, especially as the body undergoes hormonal, emotional, appetite, and digestive challenges around the age of 40. Recent trends have shown an increase in research focused on women's health issues.

The festival will feature a specially curated menu focusing on nourishing and wholesome dishes made with ingredients like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Kale, Triphala, Saku Tuna, Wild Yam, and many more, all tailored to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle. These dishes will incorporate fresh, locally-sourced ingredients known for their health benefits and will be skillfully crafted by our talented culinary team.
