Bengalureans can enjoy the epicurean creations of master Chef M Rehman at Neo Kitchen from July 21 to July 30, 2013.

Date 20th July 2023, Bengaluru: Succulent kababs, flavourful kormas, delicate pilafs and unique decadent desserts, prepared from a treasure trove of recipes that date back to the 18th century. Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park is bringing this culinary heritage at the Jash-E-Rampuri helmed by Master Chef Mujeebur Rehman.

Growing up in the affectionate care of doting grandparents, listening to interesting stories about Nawabs, their lifestyle, cultural heritage of Rampur and the refined art of cooking in Lucknow, Chef Rehman developed a curiosity to learn more about food & historic legacy of Rampur.

His passion to preserve the fading value of this heritage cuisine was the driving force behind Chef Rehman’s focused research and recipe collection dedicated over years . The Jashn -E- Rampuri festival at Neo Kitchen, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park shall be a testament to the nawabs' exquisite taste and their penchant for arts, culture and fine taste. The Royal khansamas created these regional gems through their fearless approach to experimenting new techniques and instinctive usage of native ingredients from around India. Delicacies like Chapli Kebabs, Paya Gosht Pulao, and Moradabadi Gosht Biryani, Mirchi Halwa and Khameeri roti from an extensive repertoire of erstwhile royal kitchens shall feature in the festival.

While Rampur may have remained hidden in the shadows of its more famous counterparts, its culinary heritage stands tall as a testament to its glorious past.
