The festival focuses on the rare delicacies of forgotten recipes, which have been somehow preserved and nurtured over the years and passed on to generations. You will get to experience the rare and forgotten recipes like Mutton Adhana Kebab, Dum ka Gosht, Machhi ki Shaami, Lehsuni Dal Palak, Wadiyan Pulao, Tawa Murg and Tawa Kaleji Keema, Khajoor ki Kheer, Nutri Kulcha, Yakhni Pulao, Litti, jhal muri, Taash ke kebab, Chaap Litti at the award winning restaurant India Grill.
