Hilton India presents Braveheart Brunch, a culinary tribute to armed forces this Independence Day

13th- 15th August 2023 – In Honour of the 76th Independence Day, Hilton India is launching a first-of-its-kind Braveheart Brunch on August 13th and 15th across its hotels nationwide. The Braveheart Brunch is a unique initiative to pay homage to the valour of our armed forces, who were at the forefront of India's struggle for freedom and celebrate India's diverse culinary heritage.

From the iconic Ladhaki Thukpa inspired by the Ladakh Regiment to the traditional Puran Poli representing the Maratha Regiment and the Kanyakumari Fish Curry of the Madras Regiment, the menu is inspired by an archive of regimental recipes from the Army Supply Core Centre and College in Bangalore.
