Hilton Strengthens Management Team for Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn properties in Embassy Manyata Business Park, Bengaluru

National, March 14, 2022: Hilton Group, a leading global hospitality company and one of India’s largest chains of hotels have decided to strengthen its leadership team to drive its next phase of growth and expansion with the appointment of industry veterans Manish Garg and Rajani Nair Deb.

Manish Garg has been appointed as the General Manager and Rajani Nair Deb has taken charge as the Commercial Director for the twin properties Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park.

With hospitality leadership experience spanning more than 20 years in International and domestic hotel operations, Manish Garg brings a wealth of experience in planning, developing, and directing effective business strategies for pre-opening hotels and revenue streams. Manish’s appointment, as the General Manager for the dual properties, will witness him in an all-encompassing role responsible for positioning the hotels as a defining benchmark in modern hospitality in the region.

Having been associated with the Hilton Group for close to 11 years, Manish has focused his effort to successfully lead his team in opening the Hilton Hotels Embassy Manyata Bengaluru in a phased manner. Before taking on the role of the General Manager of Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Manish has proven success in his capacity as General Manager at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy GolfLinks, Hilton Garden Inn Gurgaon Baani Square, Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum, and Director of Operations at Hilton Chennai. He has also successfully opened the Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum as a pre-opening specialist. In his career, Manish has held various positions in the Food and Beverage functions across locations in Europe with brands such as Marriott. As Commercial Director at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Rajani Nair Deb will leverage her skills to work with Hilton Hotels Embassy Manyata Bengaluru services and offerings for existing clients and build new business opportunities. Rajani’s in-depth knowledge of national trends, gained through many years in roles of increasing responsibility, is a valuable asset she brings to the property.

Passionate about mentoring women in leadership roles, Rajani has been committed to initiatives like “the greenhouse.” She has also been a vocal advocate for enhancing diversity and inclusion and is responsible for spearheading several initiatives targeted at building gender parity and flexibility at the workplace.

A meticulous convention planner, armed with experience spanning 22 years in the hospitality industry, Rajani brings to the table vast knowledge on convention space having successfully envisioned and executed global-scale events. Armed with an in-depth knowledge of luxury brands and business development, she has worked with prominent hotel majors such as The Leela Palace and Resorts, ITC Hotels, Accor Hotels, and Marriott International, among others. Before taking on the role of the Commercial Director of Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Rajani’s last assignment was in the capacity of Director of Sales & Marketing at The Leela Gandhinagar and The Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre.
