He has been instrumental in setting up processes, realigning quality, hygiene and cleanliness measures during the up gradation of our hotel facilities over the years and consistent standards following through. His tenure also showcases his ability to deliver under various roles and responsibilities within the department and ensure to establish unparalleled service and quality standards thus working towards achieving the overall VISION of the hotel and maintaining profit levels.

A veteran of the industry, he displays able leadership, problem-solving ability, guest service orientation, and excellent teamwork. He is a great motivator and believes that professional success is a direct result of quality training and management. He brings these skills to all aspects of managing a successful luxury hotel such as employee engagement, budgeting, policy formatting and implementation and more.

In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports like badminton and cricket. He is also a passionate photographer and an avid reader.
