Holiday Inn, Aerocity Celebrates Korean Cuisine with a Spectacular Food Fiesta 

Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport, a renowned name in the hospitality industry, recently hosted its first-ever Korean Food Fiesta at their all-day dining restaurant, Viva. The nine-day extravaganza, held from June 17th to June 25th, received an overwhelming response from food enthusiasts, with over 250 guests attending the festival. 

The vibrant ambiance of Viva was transformed into a Korean wonderland, adorned with stunning red lanterns, and imbued with the infectious melodies of BTS, a sensation among K-pop fans worldwide. The restaurant became a hub of excitement, transporting guests to the heart of Korea. 

The star of the festival was undoubtedly the meticulously curated menu, featuring an exquisite selection of authentic Korean dishes. Executive Chef Sumit Sabharwal and his team at Holiday Inn Aerocity left no stone unturned in bringing the rich Flavors of Korea to the forefront. Patrons were treated to a gastronomic journey, indulging in a variety of signature dishes that showcased the diversity and finesse of Korean cuisine. 

Some of the standout dishes at the Korean Food Fiesta included: 

Bibimbap: A delightful harmony of rice, vegetables, and savoury toppings, Bibimbap is a quintessential Korean comfort food that tantalizes the taste buds. 

Japchae: A delectable, stir-fried dish featuring sweet potato noodles, vegetables, and tender strips of meat, Japchae offers a delightful blend of flavours and textures. 

Dak Jorim: Savory and tender braised chicken, prepared by simmering chicken pieces in a flavourful sauce made with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, onions, and various spices. 

Samgye-tang: a traditional Korean dish that consists of a whole young chicken stuffed with various ingredients and simmered in a flavourful broth. The dish is known for its nourishing and comforting qualities, 

Korean Mango Coffee: A unique and refreshing blend of fresh mango and rich coffee, Korean Mango Coffee is a delightful beverage that captures the essence of Korean flavours. 

Each dish was crafted with precision, using authentic ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to ensure an immersive and authentic Korean culinary experience for the guests.
