Armed with nearly a decade long experience, Gaurav Anand has mastered the art of front office desk responsibilities – a place where guests first come into contact with the hotel and staff, and has the ability to leave lasting impressions. Known for his cooperative yet go-getter attitude and excellent communication skills, Anand’s potential to remain calm whilst under pressure truly sets him apart.
Having previously worked with a plethora of 5-star hotels, such as Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Courtyard Marriott Pune Hinjewadi, JW Marriott New Delhi Aero city and Courtyard Marriott Agra; Anand is positive, pro-active and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Originally from Agra, Anand loves the idea of meeting new people and gearing up for new experiences on daily basis. Right from meeting so many varied personalities from various walks of life to interacting with them and fulfilling their queries on daily basis, every day is a new learning experience for him.
A fond lover of badminton and cooking, Anand possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and is often seeing demonstrating outstanding leadership qualities. His ability to delegate responsibilities, manage complex queries and interactions, and establish priorities consistent with hotel objectives defines his craft.
