This remarkable celebration of Sindhi culinary heritage is curated by Chef Deepa Chauhan, a celebrated Bangalore-based chef and a Top 9 contestant on MasterChef India 2023, alongside Executive Chef Ming. Recognized as a Custodian of Sindhi Cuisine by Femina India in 2023, Deepa Chauhan has been instrumental in bringing Sindhi cuisine to fine-dining establishments across India. Her acclaimed television show, Sindh Ji Rasoi on FoodXP TV (India & UK), has further solidified her mission to spotlight this historically rich yet often overlooked cuisine.
