Sustainability continues to be at the forefront of industry development. Hotels are increasingly prioritizing eco-friendly practices, from sustainable building designs to waste reduction and energy conservation efforts. At The Fern, our commitment to responsible tourism has always been integral to our ethos and it is heartening to see that sustainability is becoming a central focus across the sector. With the growing demand for eco-conscious travel, the hospitality industry is taking meaningful steps toward minimizing its environmental impact.

Another defining trend has been the shift toward wellness and experiential travel. Today’s travelers are seeking more than just luxury—they are looking for holistic experiences that nurture their well-being and connect them with local cultures and nature. Attracting the right talent is particularly critical for us, and we are taking proactive initiatives to address this by implementing measures aimed at attracting and retaining the best professionals to support our growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
