Berry Chaat paired mixed berry granita with sweetened yogurt, lemon basil chutney, and crispy betel and mango leaves.
The main course showcased Chicken Malai Kebab with smoked tofu and jaggery vinaigrette, slow-cooked Saag, Pumpkin Kebab, Jackfruit Rann, and Morel Mushroom Biryani, accompanied by artisan breads, papadums, and raita. The meal concluded with Chai Mousse crafted from black Darjeeling tea, served with raspberries and candied ginger.
During the dinner, Chef Garima was seated at the table with Her Royal Highness, personally walking her through the menu and offering insight into what she might expect on her visit to India. The evening became not only a showcase of cuisine, but a meaningful dialogue around shared heritage and evolving cultural identity.
"It was an honor to be invited by the Indian Embassy in Thailand to cook for and share the table with Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya as a prelude to her official trip to India," said Chef Garima Arora.
