New Delhi: The Hospitality Purchasing Managers’ Forum (HPMF) and the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at AAHAR 2025, held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan. This collaboration marks a significant step toward enhancing procurement excellence, skill development, and industry standards within the hospitality and culinary sectors.
The MoU was signed in the presence of industry leaders, chefs, and procurement professionals, reaffirming the commitment of both organizations to elevate culinary and hospitality operations through knowledge sharing and innovation.
Chef Davinder Kumar, President of the Indian Culinary Forum, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “This collaboration with HPMF is a milestone in fostering synergy between culinary expertise and procurement efficiency.
