Designed as a statement soirée, the evening brings together dramatic lighting, a vibrant party atmosphere and a festive spread that pairs bold Indian flavours with comforting classics. Highlights include slow-cooked mutton rogan josh and subz diwani handi, complemented by Lasagna Verdure, while sweet finales such as kesari jalebi and mango basil mousse add a festive flourish. With music, movement and visual drama setting the tone, Bollywood Royale offers a bold and celebratory way to countdown to midnight under the open sky.

At M Café, the New Year’s Eve celebration unfolds in a lively, welcoming setting ideal for guests looking to ease into the evening with good food and music. A generous festive buffet anchors the experience, featuring interactive live stations such as pasta and risotto, a Mohammed Ali kebab counter, a Laksa station and a classic carving turkey station.
