Drawing inspiration from iconic street fare, comforting home-style classics and modern bistro creations across Japan, Thailand, China, South Korea, Vietnam and India, the festival captures the true essence of Asian cuisine. Curated by Chef Manoj, guests can savour standout dishes such as Prawns Burnt Garlic with Almond Flakes, Crispy Roasted Duck Cantonese Style and the robustly flavoured Wasabi Pork Belly, each crafted with precision, balance and an utmost respect for authenticity.

The celebration concludes with a specially curated Global Asian Cuisine-themed Sunday Brunch on 15th March, a leisurely afternoon showcasing an expansive spread of gourmet Asian delicacies, complemented by live music and unlimited mocktails. Set in a warm, family-friendly ambience, the brunch offers the perfect setting to relax, reconnect and savour the vibrant flavours of Asia together.
