Start with everyday favourites like Sattu Sharbat and Aam Jhora, then move to classics such as Dal Pitha, Machali Saag Tandoor, and Mutton Goli. A live Litti Chokha station takes centre stage, serving the iconic combination exactly as it should be, smoky, hearty, and satisfying, alongside Dhushka or Bhuna Chicken with Litti.
The main course showcases the unmistakable flavours of the region with slow-cooked Champaran Mutton, Boot Besani, Saag Murgi, and Sarsowali Aloo Soya, accompanied by Gajar Pulao, Keema Paratha, and Sattu Matar Paratha, each of these dishes telling a story of warmth, comfort, and deep-rooted tradition of the region of Magadh.
