Savour iconic delicacies like Chungdi Malai, tender prawns simmered in a creamy, delicately spiced coconut gravy; Macha Ghanta, a rustic fish curry enriched with lentils and vegetables; and the beloved street-style Dahi Vada Aloo Dum, where soft lentil fritters meet spiced potato curry in a tangy embrace. Indulge in crispy, golden Chaula Bara rice fritters and end on a sweet note with the legendary Odisha Rasagola, celebrated for its soft, juicy texture and signature reddish hue, traditionally offered as bhog at the Jagannath Temple in Puri.
