Thrissur: Hyatt Regency Thrissur invites food lovers to savour the vibrant and soulful flavours of Goa with a specially curated Goan Food Feast, hosted at its all-day dining restaurant, Regency Café, from January 23 to February 1.
The festival will be led by Chef Saurabh from Ronil Goa – JDV by Hyatt, who brings authentic Goan recipes and time honoured cooking techniques straight from Goa to Thrissur, in collaboration with Executive Chef Sanjeev Kammath of Hyatt Regency Thrissur.
Guests can relish a thoughtfully curated Goan Special Lunch Thali and an elaborate Goan Dinner Buffet, showcasing iconic dishes such as Chicken Xacuti, Goan Prawn Recheado, Chicken Cafreal, along with an array of classic Goan curries, fresh seafood delicacies, and traditional regional favourites.
