Chef Karam Dogra and his team has specially curated a buffet that pays homage to North Indian traditions, featuring staples such as Makki di Roti and Sarson da Saag. To complete the soulful experience, the menu includes an array of jaggery treats like Punjabi Pinni, Gajak and Rewari that capture the true essence of a Punjabi winter.
