The Navratri Thali at Zaffran has been thoughtfully designed as a balanced festive meal, highlighting seasonal ingredients, traditional fasting recipes, and dishes enjoyed across India during the nine days of devotion. Guests can look forward to Jimikand Ghee Adraki Kebab, Kacche Kele Ki Tikki, Sabudana Khichdi, Samak Pulao, and ending on a sweet note with Makhana Kesar Kheer.
