From September 6th to 8th, 2024, The Red Brick Room will host this extraordinary Rajasthani Food Festival, offering guests an authentic experience with a buffet available for both lunch and dinner. This festival provides a rare opportunity to indulge in the rich flavors of Rajasthan, expertly curated by the renowned Chef Bhik Singh.

The festival will highlight some of the most beloved Rajasthani specialties, reflecting the deep-rooted food traditions of the region, known for its bold flavors, unique ingredients, and time-honored cooking techniques such as Junglee Maas, Laal Maas, Dal Baati Churma, Gatta Curry, Jodhpuri Murgh, Pitod ka Saag, and Ker Sangri. Each dish embodies the vibrant heritage and authenticity of Rajasthan, ensuring a truly unforgettable dining experience, with prices starting at INR 2,500 plus taxes for the lunch buffet and INR 3,000 plus taxes for the dinner buffet.

Chef Bhik Singh, hailing from Belwa, Balesar in the Jodhpur district of Rajasthan, has devoted his career to mastering the art of Rajasthani cuisine. Currently based at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, Chef Singh has earned widespread acclaim for his expertise in Rajasthani food and curry. Since 2011, he has been a prominent figure in various Rajasthani food festivals across India. His deep understanding of traditional ingredients and cooking techniques makes him a true ambassador of the region's rich culinary heritage.
