Guests can savour an exquisite à la carte menu available for both lunch and dinner, featuring a daily Chef’s Special that takes centre stage. Signature dishes such as Rajma Galouti Kebab, Awadhi Mutton Biryani, and Jaisalmeri Malai Ghewar have been carefully perfected to honour the rich legacy of Indian cuisine, while offering a modern twist to delight today’s discerning palate.

Enhancing the experience is immersive culinary storytelling, with each dish narrating tales of cultural significance and evolution.
