The journey begins with opening courses inspired by Lohri’s winter favourites, where grains and sesame take center stage. Til bhutte ke kebab offer a refined introduction, while Surkh Kunna Gosht, paired with an achari‑spiced crisp roti, brings depth and intensity for non‑vegetarian diners, robust yet composed in flavour.

The menu progresses to main courses inspired by Northern India’s culinary traditions, where Sarson ka Saag and Peppay Wale Chole form the vegetarian core rooted in balance, tradition, and comfort. While for non-vegetarian guests, Dhaniya Mirch ka kukkad delivers aromatic warmth and gentle heat, completing a progression designed for unhurried, luxurious dining.

Desserts revisit winter classics with understated sophistication. Gajrela, slow‑cooked to perfection, is followed by Kulfi Falooda, offering contrast, familiarity, and a graceful close to the meal.

This Lohri, LOYA presents a dining experience anchored in seasonality, memory, and craft where celebration is conveyed through flavour, texture, and quiet elegance, befitting the grandeur of Taj West End Bengaluru.
