A dedicated turkey station takes centre stage, showcasing honey-rubbed roast butter ball, stuffed turkey breast served with cranberry sauce and giblet gravy, and pulled turkey spanakopita. The culinary journey continues with flavours from around the world, including festive grills, seafood specialities and hearty classics such as beef wellington, bratwurst with sauerkraut and pineapple pork chop. Indian favourites add depth to the spread with an indulgent selection of regional curries, rice preparations and festive biryanis.
