The festival menu brings together comforting, time-honoured dishes synonymous with the season. At the heart of the spread is traditional Pongal, prepared in keeping with festive customs and rituals. This is complemented by Avarekai Sabzi, a much-loved seasonal preparation that highlights the freshness of winter produce. Adding a rustic North Indian touch are Sarson da Saag and Makki di Roti, anchoring the menu in slow-cooked, hearty flavours associated with winter harvest celebrations.
