The Poila Baisakh dining experience at The Square will feature a lavish lunch & dinner buffet, meticulously designed to offer a modern taste of Bengal’s rich culinary heritage. Our patrons can indulge in authentic delicacies such as Kosha Mangsho, Kolkata-style Chicken Biryani, Shorshe Fish, Macher Bharta, and the ever-popular Gurer Rasgulla.
