Regarded as one of the foremost voices of Malabari cuisine, Chef Abida Rasheed brings her personal repertoire of recipes that reflect the warmth and soul of the Moplah community. Each dish pays homage to the culinary history of the northern coast, where Arab, Portuguese, and native influences meet to create a cuisine layered with depth and character.
