Regarded as one of the foremost voices of Malabari cuisine, Chef Abida Rasheed brings her personal repertoire of recipes that reflect the warmth and soul of the Moplah community. Each dish pays homage to the culinary history of the northern coast, where Arab, Portuguese, and native influences meet to create a cuisine layered with depth and character.

Guests can look forward to signature delicacies such as Whole Pomfret Baked, Arikadukka;flavourful stuffed mussels prepared with coastal spices, and the aromatic Thalassery Prawns Biryani known for its delicate balance of fragrance and texture. Accompaniments such as fluffy Orotti and creamy Mutton Stew add a comforting touch that reflects the essence of home-style Malabar cooking, elevated through Chef Abida’s refined craftsmanship.
