This June 20th, as the sun lingers longest over the Northern Hemisphere, the hotel will host Delhi’s Summer Solstice Garden Party – an immersive, slow-living celebration woven from nature’s abundance and the simplicity of what’s around us.

Held in the sun-dappled greens of the hotel's garden and designed as an ode to renewal and reconnection, the Garden Party is a rare activation where seasonality meets soulfulness. Expect long wooden tables brimming with edible flowers and herbs, butter candles flickering in terracotta holders, and air scented with lemongrass and summer blooms.

At the heart of the experience lies a garden-to-table feast: sparkling rosé infused with rose petals and thyme, mini butter candle tarts featuring roasted heirloom tomato confit with JW garden herbs, and a selection of seasonal bites like edible flower canapés with truffle ricotta and zucchini blossom tempura with mint yogurt.

For the main course, enjoy forest mushroom and thyme risotto, JW Garden herb-marinated chicken supreme with roasted baby vegetables, or a vegetarian cottage cheese mille-feuille stuffed with spinach mousse and beetroot reduction. Each dish, inspired by India’s flora and global garden cooking traditions, connects you to nature’s seasonal bounty, while offering a sense of nourishment for both body and soul.

The culinary journey, inspired by India's rich botanical heritage, is complemented by mindful rituals that ground you in the moment, from elixir-making workshops using JW Garden herbs to seed-paper wishes planted with hopes for the season ahead.
