At the 18th Floor, New Year’s Eve unfolds across three vibrant dining destinations - Caprese, Ssaffron, and Yataii, each offering its own thoughtfully curated set menu and engaging live counters. Guests can choose the ambience and cuisine that best matches their celebration. 

Across all three venues, live vocal performers set the rhythm of the night with distinctive musical styles, each adding its own character to the celebration. And when the clock edges closer to midnight, the excitement shifts outdoors to Ssaffron’s alfresco, where a DJ takes over and the countdown unfolds.

At b Café, ring in New Year’s Eve 2026 with a global feast showcasing the finest flavours of the season. The grand dinner spread features chilled Andaman lobster, king prawns, an assortment of international cheeses, and live carving stations. Guests can also savour festive favourites such as truffle maccheroni and lobster hollandaise, followed by indulgent desserts including chocolate Rocher and banoffee hazelnut torte. As the night progresses, the alfresco comes alive with a vibrant band performance that leads seamlessly into an energetic DJ countdown. Adding a touch of festive intrigue, flow artists from tarot readers to magicians keep the evening playful and engaging.

Little guests can welcome the New Year with a delightful children’s buffet crafted just for them. The spread features comforting favourites such as crispy fries, baked pasta, Hakka noodles, and veg Manchurian, along with sweet treats including chocolate walnut brownies, muffins, ice cream, jujubes, and fresh fruit. 

New Years Day Brunch

Begin the first day of 2026 at b Café, with an indulgent New Year’s Brunch that brings together an array of flavours. The lavish spread features artisanal cheeses, chilled seafood, charcuterie, Arabic mezze, and sushi, alongside live Asian, European, and Indian stations. Guests can savour festive highlights such as Andaman lobster, roast turkey, suckling pig, seafood paella, and a decadent dessert counter to complete the celebration.
