KMC Bar & Bistro is packing up its best pours and heading south, landing at Ivory Club, Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, for a one-night-only Bar Takeover on April 26.

Known for his bold flair and distinctive cocktail craft, Apurv Bhatwadekar,  Bar Manager at KMC Bar & Bistro will take over Trivandrum, bringing his signature energy and innovation to the city’s cocktail scene.

The takeover marks a first-of-its-kind collaboration between KMC and Ivory Club. It promises a night of boundary-pushing cocktails, expert craftsmanship, and elevated hospitality—all set against the luxurious backdrop of Hyatt Regency Trivandrum. Expect a cocktail journey packed with creativity, featuring bold, imaginative drinks that redefine the classics like the Arugula Smash, a fresh and herbaceous twist on a classic gin cocktail; the Shiitake Espresso Martini, offering a bold, umami-rich reimagination of the beloved classic; the Gongura Sour, a tangy, spiced take on the margarita inspired by South Indian flavors; and the Pistachio Tai, a creamy, nutty spin on the Mai Tai with rich pistachio orgeat and tropical notes.
