Pune, October 2025: A Persian Legacy unfolded as an exquisite evening that transported guests to the heart of Persia through a celebration of its rich culinary heritage. Curated by Chef Mona Poordaryaeinezhad Mohammad, the festival transformed The Market at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park into a vibrant Persian haven, where every aroma, texture, and taste told a story of tradition and artistry.
Chef Mona’s specially crafted menu paid homage to the timeless flavours of Iran, weaving together dishes that balanced spice, fragrance, and elegance. Guests savoured an indulgent spread featuring Joojhe Kebab and Kobeda Kebab, grilled to perfection; Zeerish Morg and Koresh Khalal Badam, slow-cooked with saffron and almonds; and aromatic rice delicacies like Zeerish Polo and Bagli Polo, layered with barberries, herbs, and butter.
