This January, begin the year with intention as Radisson Blu Hotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road collaborates with Bakahu to present a thoughtfully crafted Millet Menu, available from 11th to 14th January. Coinciding with Makar Sankranti, a festival that marks abundance, harvest, and new beginnings, the collaboration draws meaning from the season when millets are traditionally harvested across India,  a celebration of indigenous and seasonal produce. Rooted in mindful eating and the goodness of native grains, the limited-period offering celebrates millets as elegant, nourishing ingredients suited to modern wellness lifestyles.

The menu brings together flavour and functionality through dishes such as Foxtail millet vegetable Hakka noodles, Ragi millet Uttapam with veg Sago, and Sorghum Millet Halwa, where time-honoured grains are elevated through contemporary techniques and balanced pairings. A comforting yet wholesome menu completes the experience, offering a light, satisfying close that aligns with clean, conscious dining.

Designed to feel restorative rather than indulgent, the collaboration reflects a shared philosophy of eating well without excess—Bakahu’s ideology focuses on natural ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and food that supports overall wellbeing. Set within Radisson Blu’s refined dining spaces, the experience invites guests to slow down, reconnect with native produce, and embrace a more intentional way of eating as the year begins.

A subtle luxury for those who value wellness on the plate.
