From 13th to 22nd June,  experience the richness of Rajasthan’s legendary gastronomy at an exclusive dinner buffet,  culminating in a grand Sunday Brunch on 22nd June. 

Crafted to celebrate the bold and earthy flavors of Rajasthani cuisine, the festival features a lavish  spread of traditional dishes and innovative delights. Begin your meal with iconic street-style  appetizers such as Mirchi Vada, Kachori, and Dal Baati Churma. Vegetarian specialties like Ker Sangri  and Gatte ki Sabzi showcase the heart of desert cuisine, while meat lovers can relish aromatic dishes  like Laal Maas, Junglee Chicken, and Banjara Gosht, all seasoned with quintessential Rajasthani  spices. 

No royal feast is complete without sweets. Indulge in an array of traditional desserts including Mawa  Kachori, Ghewar, Malpua, Moong Dal Halwa, Churma Ladoo, and Imarti, each crafted to deliver a  sweet symphony of flavors. 

Enhancing the Rajasthani fare, the buffet also offers regional Bengali favourites and Oriental  delicacies, ensuring a diverse dining experience for every palate.
