On the nights of July 3rd to 6th 2025, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, step into a world of slow-cooked richness and aromatic elegance as we bring the timeless culinary heritage of Lucknow to life.
Curated by the talented Chef Subham Kumar, the Awadhi dinner experience is a carefully crafted tribute to the grandeur of Nawabi kitchens, designed to transport diners to an era of royal feasts and refined indulgence. The menu blends time-honoured recipes with meticulous technique, beginning with a soul-warming Mutton Paya Shorba and Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba, each ladle full of depth, tradition, and comforting warmth.
Live counters will feature delicacies like the melt-in-the-mouth Mutton Galawati Kebab and the vegetarian marvel, Gimikand ke Galawat, showcasing the delicate textures and complexity of Awadhi spices. At the buffet, dishes such as Dudhiya Kebab and Murgh Wajid Ali continue the culinary journey with their rich, aromatic profiles. The main course offers a royal spread: Shahi Paneer, Moong Mughlai Dal, Arbi Kaliya, Khumbh Nawabi, and Subz Lazzez, each carefully selected to complement the non-vegetarian offerings of Nalli Nahari, Chicken Masala, and the majestic Dum Gosht Biryani, accompanied by Sada Chawal and Dum Tarkari Biryani for balance and variety.
