New Delhi, 09th December 2026: Experience the rich culinary heritage of India at the 7 States, 7 Cuisines Regional Food Festival, this winter season. Eros Hotel New Delhi presents a seven-day gastronomic journey brings together authentic flavours, traditional recipes, and refined hospitality, offering guests a memorable dining experience each day.

The festival begins with the soulful flavours of Kashmiri Cuisine on Day 1, featuring delicately spiced dishes known for their aromatic richness such as Murgh Lahabi Kebab, flame-grilled and delicately spiced, alongside Akhrot aur Badam ki Shammi made with nuts and vegetables.

Day 2 celebrates the rustic charm of Himachali Cuisine, highlighting wholesome ingredients and slow-cooked preparations like Chaa Gosht, Chamba Par Ka Chicken, Auriya Kaddu, Sepu Wadi and Tudkiya Bhaat. On Day 3, explore the simple yet flavorful traditions of Garhwali Cuisine, rooted in the hills and forests of Uttarakhand. The festival presents Kukdi Ko Saag Bane Ka Gosht, Mutter Paneer Ka Rassa to tempt your taste buds.

Day 4 is dedicated to the bold and hearty tastes of Punjabi Cuisine, loved for its robust spices and comforting classics in form of Butter Chicken, Ghiya Wadi and Kujey Wali Dal. The journey continues on Day 5 with Rajasthani Cuisine, showcasing royal recipes, rich gravies, and distinctive desert flavours with Dal, Baati, Churma, Lal Mass and Keema Baati.

Day 6 brings the subtle elegance of Bengali Cuisine, with dishes like Macher Jhol, Kosher Manshow, Paneer Dalna, Aloo Posto, Cholar Dal and Basanti Pulao. The festival concludes on Day 7 with Deccan Cuisine, offering a perfect blend of spice, history, and tradition from southern India.

Curated by expert chefs, this festival promises authenticity, variety, and indulgence—an unmissable celebration for food enthusiasts.
