At the centre of this exclusive takeover is Bastien Giovanni, the founder of Hope & Sesame, who has redefined cocktail culture in Mainland China through fearless experimentation, rare ingredients, and innovative techniques.

For one night only, guests at LOYA will be treated to a curated cocktail experience crafted exclusively for the evening. Bastien will showcase highlights such as Porto Tonico, SanYou’s Cocotini, and Hoji High, combining Cantonese inspiration with local Indian ingredients.
