A Taste Of Italy At K3: Home Chef Dario Trevisan Brings Traditional Italian Flavours To JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity

This June, JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity invites guests to savour ‘A Taste of Italy’, a five-day culinary celebration at K3 – New Delhi’s Food Theatre – curated by home chef Dario Trevisan.

From the rolling hills of Tuscany to the sun-kissed shores of Sicily, the experience celebrates the heart of Italian cuisine: simple, soulful, and deeply rooted in tradition.

Guests can enjoy handmade tagliatelle prepared live, seafood linguine, and lasagna al forno made from a cherished family recipe. The antipasti spread features Caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella, arancini, and eggplant parmigiana, while hearty mains include chicken cacciatore and grilled polenta with wild mushroom ragù. Desserts like tiramisu, panna cotta, Sicilian cannoli, and a full gelato bar round out the meal.

A passionate home chef from northern Italy, Chef Dario Trevisan has spent years refining the recipes passed down through his family. His approach to cooking is personal, seasonal, and grounded in the joy of gathering around good food.

Evenings begin with Italian aperitifs such as Aperol Spritz and Limoncello lemonade, accompanied by live acoustic guitar, mandolin, and occasional opera performances. The setting at K3 will evoke the charm of an Italian piazza with Tuscan-style tablescapes, terracotta pots of herbs, olive baskets, and vintage Vespa props.
