A Taste of Royalty: Rajasthani Food Festival Begins at Radisson Blu Marina

New Delhi, November 2025: Radisson Blu Marina announces the launch of its much-awaited Rajputana Rasoi, a vibrant celebration of the regal flavours of Rajasthan. The festival will run from 22nd November to 2nd December, offering guests an immersive gastronomic experience.

Curated by our expert culinary team, the menu features iconic dishes such as Dal Baati Churma, Laal Maas, Gatte ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri, traditional sweets and a range of regional specialties, all prepared using authentic techniques and ingredients sourced directly from Rajasthan.

Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Sudhanshu Yadav, General Manager, said: “We are delighted to bring the essence of Rajasthan to our guests through this specially curated festival. Rajasthan’s cuisine is known for its bold flavours and rich traditions, and our team has ensured authenticity while crafting a memorable dining experience. The festival is led by Chef Suresh Kumar, a rising culinary talent from Rajasthan with over 14 years of experience. Known for his command over authentic Indian flavours, he brings deep regional expertise to a menu of rich, hearty and spice-forward dishes-perfectly suited for Delhi’s winter season with their warmth and robust flavours.

Guests can also look forward to a culturally inspired ambience with traditional décor, folk music and themed service elements that echo Rajasthan’s vibrant hospitality.

The Rajasthani Food Festival will be available during dinner hours.
