Adrift Kaya, the celebrated Japanese dining destination by Michelin-starred Chef David Myers, is set to transform Sundays into the city’s most anticipated day of the week with the launch of its signature Sunday Brunch, debuting on 14th September 2025 at JW Marriott New Delhi.

Designed as the ultimate weekend ritual, the brunch blends bold Japanese flavours, playful drinks, live entertainment, and family-friendly experiences — all in a buzzing atmosphere that channels the energy of Tokyo.

At the heart of the brunch is the signature Kaiseki Bento Box, a celebration of seasonal Japanese flavours featuring sake-marinated salmon glazed with miso, crisp tempura, and comforting miso soup. For younger guests, the Little Kaya Bento Box offers playful bites such as Kawaii Onigiri, Japanese Croquettes, and the much-loved Chicken Katsu Mini Burger.

The Dessert Station is set to be a showstopper, with freshly flipped Japanese Soufflé Pancakes in matcha and chocolate, alongside a Build-Your-Own Sundae Bar featuring house-made ice creams in indulgent flavours like Sakura, Kaya Miso Salted Caramel, and Black Sesame.

The beverage program promises to surprise and delight with a vibrant line-up:

● Signature Cocktails & Zero-Proof Creations: Ramen Mary, Bamboo Highball, Hokkaido Creamsicle, Banzai Bubbles, and a curated Sake Bar.

● The Matcha Bar: Kyoto Kiss, Midori Yoru, Coconut Matcha Cooler, Yuzu Matcha Sparkler, and more.

● The Mimosa Bar: Refreshing twists such as Bella (raspberry & rosemary), Lemon & Bubbles (yuzu & prosecco), Melon Mimosa, and Sishocco (shiso & ginger), plus the Live Mimosa Trolley rolling through the al fresco courtyard.

To complete the experience, guests can enjoy live DJ beats, a dedicated Kids’ Zone with Manga comics and Polaroid keepsakes, and a vibrant ambience designed for families, couples, and groups of friends.
