On 14th November, AER at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai — the city’s iconic rooftop bar with its sleek nautical design and panoramic skyline views — partners with Anggel’s Share, one of India’s leading wine and spirits importers bringing premium labels from around the world to the country, to present an exclusive one-night collaboration featuring Gucci Giardino 25, the renowned Florentine cocktail bar, together with Sabatini Gin, the premium Tuscan gin the bar champions globally. Sabatini Gin is a true London Dry Gin distilled in the UK but born from the spirit of Tuscany. Created by the Sabatini family, it features hand-picked botanicals grown on their family estate in Cortona. Every bottle is a tribute to the region’s lush landscape and time-honored traditions.

Taking the lead behind the bar is Martina Bonci, Bar Manager of Gucci Giardino Florence and one of Italy’s most exciting mixology talents. Known for her imaginative, detail-driven approach, Martina brings her signature blend of tradition, craftsmanship, and modern flair to Mumbai, with a bespoke cocktail menu comprising of cocktails curated with Sabatini Gin that promises to surprise even the city’s most seasoned palates.
