AJS Experiences Curated an Immersive Sensory Experience at Taj Rambagh Palace

Jaipur, 1st March 2026: Immersive experiences company AJS Experiences was launched on 28 February 2026 by Founder Arushi J Sancheti at the iconic Taj Rambagh Palace. The brand introduced the first concept from its portfolio, The Grain Awakening, an intimate sensory dining experience curated for a distinguished gathering of HNIs, tastemakers and media.

Food and the body share an intimacy that has gradually eroded over generations. Irrespective of what we eat, food is meant to heal from within. The Grain Awakening is an effort to restore that connection and realign our external pace of life with our internal rhythms.

The tone for the evening was first set during an intimate high tea where guests met and socialised in a majestic setting at the Sancheti House

Thereafter, guests were guided into individual seating pods designed to create a sense of privacy and calm. Rooted in nature, framed by foliage and underscored by the rhythmic resonance of handpan music, the setting instinctively calmed the nervous system, inviting the body to slow down into a restorative state.

The first sense to be awakened was olfactory. Personalised fragrances were curated for each guest based on their personality archetype. These custom scents were introduced at the beginning of the immersive session and later presented as part of their giveaway, allowing guests to carry the scent beyond the evening. The fragrance evolved subtly through the experience, becoming a sensory thread that connected each moment.

The eight course gourmet dinner was designed as a deliberate pause. It invited guests to slow down and allow the body to receive rather than simply consume. The experience encouraged deeper digestion and absorption, creating space to experience nourishment as restoration.

Rooted in ancient grains and clean living principles, the entirely gluten free and vegan menu was crafted by food alchemist Arushi J Sancheti, who brought her philosophy of food alchemy into close collaboration with the culinary team at Rambagh Palace. Each course followed a carefully structured sensory sequence, balancing flavour, texture and timing, resulting in a dinner that felt indulgent yet intentional.

The immersive soundscape of the evening was conceptualised by Arushi J Sancheti and executed by Luke Coutinho. The audio journey was seamlessly integrated into the dining experience, guiding awareness and breath in rhythm with the meal.

Speaking about the launch of AJS Experiences, Founder Arushi J Sancheti said, “At AJS Experiences, we design immersive worlds rooted in neuroscience and human psychology. When someone enters an AJS world, whether a brand immersion or an art installation, something within them moves.

The Grain Awakening, our first experience, explores the body’s relationship with food. What comes next may be euphoric, disruptive, or entirely unexpected — but it will always be designed to shift the human mind.”

Speaking about The Grain Awakening, Luke Coutinho added, “It has been a wonderful evening. Set within the grandeur of Taj Rambagh Palace, the evening marked the beginning of AJS Experiences, a brand committed to crafting refined, design driven immersions where luxury and mindfulness converge.
