All Things Nice and Grand Hyatt Mumbai present an exquisite evening with renowned Puglian Chef Mirko Febbrile, as he teams up with the culinary team led by Chef Neeraj Tyagi and Chef Alessio Banchero at Grand Hyatt Mumbai for a six-course wine dinner on April 23rd, 2025. The wines for the evening have been carefully selected by Sommelier Nikhil Agarwal.

About Chef Mirko Febbrile - A celebrated name in the world of modern Italian cuisine, is known for his dedication to simplicity, authenticity, and heartfelt dining experiences. Born in Puglia, Italy, he discovered his love for cooking at a young age, initially preparing meals for himself and his brother. His culinary journey took him from working at McDonald's to fund his university education to becoming the Chef de Cuisine at the Michelin-starred Braci in Singapore. After five years at Braci, he embarked on a new path, blending food and culture with The Lo & Behold Group. His first independent venture, Fico, is a tribute to his roots, embodying the essence of Puglian cuisine with a modern touch. Now, with Somma, his latest collaboration with The Lo & Behold Group, he aims to redefine luxury dining through a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.
