Crackling Katsu Chicken and pillowy Tofu Bao Buns provide a playful counterpoint of crisp exterior and tender filling, seamlessly leading into mains that are rich, aromatic, and precise: the spiced depth of Beef Rendang, the fragrant clarity of Steamed Fish with Nam Jim Dip, the comforting elegance of Hainanese Chicken Rice, and the indulgent allure of Singapore Chilli Crab.
Vegetarian dishes; Mapo Tofu, aromatic Thai Curries, and wok-tossed seasonal vegetables, demonstrate vibrancy, balance, and refined technique.
