Sofitel Mumbai BKC begins 2026 on a high note with its first bar takeover of the year at Le Bar Diamantaire , bringing together refined mixology, global whisky culture, and elevated weekday indulgence. Le Bar an extension sets the stage for a vibrant evening led by Keir Williams, in collaboration with Ballantine’s Finest.
For one night, Le Bar transforms into a contemporary whisky-led destination, offering guests an immersive social experience. The evening is complemented by Pondichéry Café’s popular Friday Special Barbecue menu, alongside a specially curated selection
of Ballantine’s signature serves including the Speyside Berry Sour, Ballouvardier, Basil Smash, Ballantine’s Ginger Lime, and the classic Pickle Back.
Leading the takeover is Keir Williams, a third-generation whisky professional with Scottish roots and global experience. With time spent at Speyside distilleries, WSET certification, and his association with Pernod Ricard, Keir brings a modern, inclusive approach to whisky celebrating it as a spirit that connects people across cultures.
