November 2025, New Delhi: As the winter chill settles in the capital, Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt welcomes the season with new menus curated to bring comfort, warmth, and festive cheer to every table. From slow-braised comforts to handcrafted warm cocktails and indulgent afternoons over tea and treats, each outlet at the hotel showcases its own take on winter dining, turning crisp weather into a reason to gather and linger.

Winter Special Pan to Plate Menu at AnnaMaya: AnnaMaya, the all-day dining modern food hall, introduces a new seasonal experience beginning from 1st December onwards. The Winter Special Pan to Plate menu, available for both lunch and dinner, starts at INR 2,499++ and celebrates the richness of winter with dishes inspired by India, Italy, and Asia. Highlights include Bajra Tikki, Sarson Da Saag with Makki Roti, Macher Jhol, Truffle Tagliatelle, Tuscan-style Caciucco, Yaki Udon, and Korean Bulgogi.

Winter Afternoon Tea in the Tea Garden Guests can also unwind over Winter Afternoon Tea from 3 PM to 6 PM daily, priced from INR 1,800 for two. Hosted in the hotel’s lush Tea Garden, it creates the perfect outdoor winter moment with crisp air, open greens, and a charming high-tea setup surrounded by nature. The menu features playful bites like Beetroot Salmon Millet Buns, Pani Puri with a prawn twist, truffle-laced sandwiches, delicate pastries, and freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam, making it an ideal indulgence for golden winter afternoons.

Soul Pantry Introduces a Nourishing Winter Menu & Hot Chocolate Specials: Soul Pantry, the modern and mindful eatery at Andaz Delhi, brings together comfort and creativity in its winter menu beginning from 1st December onwards. Expect heart-warming plates such as Rosemary Baked Ricotta with candied walnuts, Butternut Squash Soup with amaretti, earthy Cornucopia Cannelloni, and fresh-from-the-oven Manakeesh. To make the season sweeter, Soul Pantry also launches a Hot Chocolate Menu starting from INR 650++, featuring flavours like Lavender Dream, gooey S’mores, Matcha and dark chocolate, and a tropical Pandan blend, perfect for slow afternoons.

Juniper Brings Cozy Winter Cocktails & A Seasonal Outdoor Escape: At Juniper, India’s first gin bar, winter arrives with festive spirit. Beginning from 1st December, the Winter Elixirs menu features warm favourites including Mulled Wine (INR 1250++), velvety Hot Chocolate (INR 1050++), and Spiced Gin Toddy (INR 1250++).

Guests can also experience Juniper After Dusk in the Tea Garden, priced from INR 2,500++. Surrounded by twinkling lights and crisp night air, the setting includes personal fire pits for roasting live s’mores, handcrafted warm cocktails like Mulled Wine, Hot Chocolate and Spiced Gin Toddy, seasonal bites, and the glow of outdoor winter evenings spent with the right company.
